  • Ronald- Hea Secretary of S Subject: Application of GN Notation - Date: December 19, 1989 Scholarship Eligibility Senate approved the introduction of a new grade notation "GN" (Grade Not Reported) for the undergraduate grading system at the meeting on June 5, 1989 (S.89-25, as amended, attached).
  • During the discussion of the motion, it was suggested that the Senate Policy Committee on Scholarships, Awards and Bursaries should review their procedures for determining student eligibility for scholarships and other awards for students who had been assigned the "GN" notation.
