  • For Information S.03-42 O SIMON FRASER UNIVERSITY University Secretariat MEMORANDUM Following discussion at the March Senate meeting, Senator Percival forwarded a question to SCAR about whether there were specific provisions in the terms of reference of SCUS about Senate being able to review and potentially reverse decisions made by SCUS under delegated authority.
  • He recalled that in the past, SCUS had terms of reference with the wording below and in italics.
  • This wording was in effect until 2000.
