Negotiating through the Canadian Research Knowledge Network of over seventy academic libraries has increased our purchasing power by 50%; and through the BC Electronic Library Network by 40%.
This change appears to account for some of the decrease (12%) in Natatlie Gick book returns and 9% increase in renewals by staff at the loans counter.
