  • bjSQ.irthQJ Memorandum od-o3 Student Senator RE: Tuition Boycott DATE: September 25, 2003 I wish to bring forward the following motions and rationale concerning the 2% penalty for non-payment of tuition fees before the attention of Senate.
  • Motion: THAT Senate recommend to the Board of Governors that the income from the 2% penalty charged on non-payment of tuition and student fees rrhdft, resultial from the tuition fee boycott, for the Fall 2003 semester, be put directly into the University's bursaries funds.
