    DESCRIPTION:
    Most Prince Rupert student teachers will have been involved in under-
    graduate course work from January 1983 to December 1983. This course is
    intended to provide participants with an opportunity 'to return to the class-
    room prior to Education 405 and to further develop selected skills introduced
    earlier in their professional program. Participants will spend one day a
    week in a classroom setting and attend seminars. They will develop and im-
    plement a learning contract based upon individual interests and needs.
    LEARNING OUTCOMES:
    Participants will
    a) demonstrate systematic observation skills
    b)
    establish effective working relationships with pupils and others in the
    educational community.
    c)
    participate with objectivity in the assessment of their skills and use
    feedback from instructors, peers and pupils to improve performance.
    d)
    demonstrate self-evaluation skills, invluding reflection, critical analysis,
    and ability to modify performance.
