    This course is offered in French and it is intended for teachers of French
    as a second language at the Elementary and Secondary levels.
    This course deals with a variety of approaches including the communicative
    approach and suggestology.
    The students will also learn to use error analysis techniques and to adapt
    their teaching techniques to the specific needs of learners.
    The general nature of the course will focus on practical applications of
    various approaches using as support documents Vive le francais, Passeport
    francais, Le Francais international, Bonj our Canada.
    WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
    Elementary and Secondary teachers of French as a second language. The
    course can be used for both degree completion and towards an Extended Studies
    Diploma Program.
