This course is an in-depth study of instructional techniques for
selected areas of the language arts in the secondary school..
In
addition
to discussing and critically appraising the merits of a wide selection
of presented materials in English curriculum instruction and evaluation,
the student will be expected to design two teaching units chosen from
the genre or topics examined.
