DESCRIPTION

Participants in this course will gain an understanding of the Physical Education curriculum in British

Columbia through experience. The emphasis will be on examining pedagogy in the areas of games,

gymnastics, dance and fitness. Classes will be both practical and theoretical. Current issues will be

addressed through readings, discussion and in-class activities. Please note-Class June 5th will take

place 8:30 - 12:20 am at a Burnaby school.

There is no required text. A collection of articles will be provided at cost.
