Dear Ms. Vanderhook: 

I am writing in follow-up to your request for permission to 

reproduce 35 copies of A Case For Canada. I am sorry for the delay 

in replying to your letter but it was passed on to me to answer 

just before I left the office for several business trips. 

I do not want to give permission to photocopy this material because 

I feel it would not be appropriate to copy the entire work. It 

will also be expensive for your department since schools cannot 

pass the charge of photocopying on to the students. 

I'd like to suggest that we could propose 3 binders containing the 

teacher material with one copy of the student booklet for each 

volume. The price per volume will be $39.95 which the bookstore 

could charge the students. 

Please let me know as soon as possible if this suitable. We will 

need about 2 weeks to prepare the order.
