    This course examines the various dimensions of teaching, some of the main
    approaches or methods of teaching, and several important issues that are
    encountered by every classroom teacher.
    COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
    a) A short oral presentation in class.
    b)
    A follow-up final paper of about
    15
    typewritten double-spaced pages on
    a topic approved by the instructor. The paper is due one week before
    the last day of classes. Students may choose to write 2 or
    3
    shorter
    papers.
