CALENDER DESCRIPTION
Designing research projects on individually selected problems related to
classroom teaching.
Prerequisite: Educ. 401/402 or equivalent.
MAIN AIMS
The course is intended primarily for teachers and administrators in the public
schools. The main aim is not to train you to become a professional researcher.
Instead the main goals are:
1)
to help you understand and interpret (i.e. consume) information and
ideas from published educational research.
2)
to help you develop an orientation toward practicing applied researcher
procedures to your classroom or school setting.
