This course is designed for senior students and practising teachers who wish to acquire

The focus of the class will be on how children's problems develop and are maintained, and steps
that teachers can take to prevent and help resolve problems within the classroom setting.
Special topics will be considered, such as: classroom meetings, parent-teacher relationships,

material covered in the course. Class activities will be varied, (lectures, discussions, group
