COURSE DESCRIPTION
Location: MFX 8633
This course is intended for senior students or practising
teachers who wish to explore the area
of
school counselling
and develop some counselling skills that can be used within
a classroom setting. A combination of lectures discussion,
practice exercises and films will be used to introduce
counselling systems, communication skills and important
issues of school and personal counselling.
