DESCRIPTION
This course is designed with several objectives in mind:
(1)
To teach students informal assessments in reading, math, spelling, and writing;
(2)

disabilities;
(3)
To provide students with supervised experience in tutoring a student with learning disabilities;

disabilities.
Lectures followed by tutorials occur every Thursday from 1:00-4:50 pm throughout the semester.
In July, there will be three weeks of one-on-one tutoring of students with learning disabilities.
Tutoring begins on July 2nd and ends on July 18th, one-hour daily Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, four mornings
a
week.
There will be two shifts of tutoring: 10:00-11:00 am;
