This course provides a framework for understanding learning disabilities. It focuses on
conceptual, historical and research issues in the learning disabilities field. It is the prerequisite or
corequisite to Education

(Learning Disabilities Practicum).
Each chapter of the assigned text has its own accompanying sets of review and thinking
