Learning Disabilities
The function of Education 422 "L
e
arning Disabilities" is to
provide a wide base introduction to current research, theory and
practice in the diagnosis and renediation of learning disabilities.
The course is not a clinical experience. Bather, it is designed
to enhance a regular classroom teacher's understanding of learning
disabilities, and to provide that teacher with kncwledge to assist
in the identification and known clinical treatnent of learning
disabilities.
The class will neet
on
Thursdays 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Each neeting
period will contain content presentations, case studies and laboratory
experiences
