    This course provides an overview of new developments and issues in
    education in both established areas and emerging-fields in education.
    Presentations and seminars will be given by Simon Fraser University
    Faculty with overall supervision provided by an instructor present
    throughout. Students will be expected to read papers prior to each
    class.
    The course is intended primarily for people entering an Extended Studies
    Diploma program but can also be used for degree completion.
