The course participants will;
• explore the essential elements of effective classroom management.
• identify and develop their own beliefs regarding classroom management.
• investigate the principles, practices and considerations of various models of
classroom management.
• develop an understanding of what it takes to create a successful learning community.
• actively participate in the purposeful development of their own classroom community.
• outline and adapt specific strategies for the successful management of an effective
learning community.
