    Basic principles of test theory applied to the use of measures in education,
    including the construction and use of classroom tools for measuring achievement
    of educational objectives, the selection and use of standardized tests, analysis
    of test results, grading practices, and discussion of current issues.
    Pre-requisites
    Education 220 or equivalent; Math 101 or Psych 210 recommended.
    Main Objective
    To increase the skills and knowledge of teachers regarding the construction,
    use, selection, and evaluation of measures appropriate to the assessment of
    student performance with respect to achievement and non-achievement objectives.
