    This course provides students with an overview, of theory, research, and practice concerning social and
    emotional development and social interactions and relationships during the school years. Emphasis is on the
    role of peer relationships in development and the role of school in promoting positive interactions among
    students and between students and teachers.
    PREREQUISITE(S):
    EDUC 220 or PSYC 250.
