    Student Evaluation
    Student grades will be assigned on the basis of 1 term paper, one 10
    minute student presentation in tutorial session, and two quizzes,
    valued proportionately 2:1:1:1.

    The instructor will provide a series of 10 short briefing papers (to
    be distributed in class) and 12 article reprints (some on reserve,
    some distributed) which will constitute the assigned reading of the
    course.
