variety of countries, including western Europe, East Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. Topics
include the following: comparative management frameworks, managing cultural differences, cross-
cultural business negotiations, and international human resource management. Prerequisite: BUS 272; 60
units. Students with credit for BUS 380 may not take BUS 430 for further credit. Recommended: BUS
