A written response was submitted to Senate to address a question raised in the Senate meeting on
December 6, 2010 regarding whether geo-spacial materials and mapping resources were reviewed
by the library committee.

Senate received a draft of enVISION SFU for information in the Report from the Chair.

Minor in Print and Digital Publishing (S.11-3)
Senate approved and recommended to the Board of Governors the Full Program Proposal for a
Minor in Print and Digital Publishing in the Publishing Program within the Faculty of
Communication, Art and Technology, effective September 2011.

Double Degree in Engineering Science (Mechatronics) and Business Administration
(S.11-4)
Senate approved and recommended to the Board of Governors the Full Program Proposal for a
Double Degree in Engineering Science (Mechatronics) and Business Administration within the
Faculty of Applied Sciences and Faculty of Business Administration, effective September 2011.

Senate approved and recommended to the Board of Governors the Full Program Proposal for a
Minor in Development and Sustainability in the Development and Sustainability Program within
the Faculty of Environment, effective September 2011.

Senate approved and recommended to the Board of Governors the William J.A. Rowe EMBA
