A written response was submitted to Senate to address a question raised in the Senate meeting on
December 6, 2010 regarding whether geo-spacial materials and mapping resources were reviewed
by the library committee.

Senate approved and recommended to the Board of Governors the Full Program Proposal for a
Minor in Print and Digital Publishing in the Publishing Program within the Faculty of
Communication, Art and Technology, effective September 2011.
