With reference to the attached letter from Dr. Chant,

Chairman of the Academic Board, and in-accordance with Article

76 of the Universities Act, Senate should appoint two members to

the Academic Board to serve for three years from 1 December, 1966.

Our members have been Prof. R. J. Baker and Mr.

R. E. Lester. I suggest that Prof. R. J. Baker be considered for re-

appointment and that Dr. C. D. Nelson be considered for appointment

to the second position.
