Students - Summer 1966.
1.
During the eleventh week of the
Summer 1966 meser my staff inter-
vii-wed
ten of the fifteen studnt3 ho had entered Simon Fraser in
May before completing grade tel1?e.
SUMMARY:
Two felt that their High Schools did not have enough
information
on the program.
Three came from schools opposed to the program -
Burnaby South, Wndemere and Argile. The latter
was hesitant but is now enthusiastic as a
result
of student's return visit.
Two have been back to their High ;chools.
All students suggested counselling on courses and
University
p
rocedures at the time of registration.
One commented on the orientation program as ineffec-
tual.
Eight plan to attend all three sesters.
Three mentioned difficulty with indiidual courses
but all are quite confident of success.
All were enthusiastic about the early entry program.

Attached is a report on the scholastic standings of the fifteen Early
Entry students.
