Gentlemen:

Due to lack of communication between faculty,

staff, and administration on the one hand and students on the

other, certain students have violated rule and regulations of

the University which they had no idea exlsk

Therefore, we strongly urge all academic and

administrative departments to require of themselves

that all

rules and regulations, newly formulated or changed, be posted

conspicuously

on

all notice boards and be published

in

an

advertisement, in "The Peak".
