BE IT FESOLVED that the Association of Union Boards of Health urge the Pro-
vincial Govornment to reclassify the position of psychologist in the Civil Service
Pay Schedule to attract, psycholo
g
ists and, further, that we urge the ?rovinco of
British Columbia to support a graduate training program at one of the British
Colubja Universi t
ies so that clinical psychologists say be completely trained
in British Columbia,
The Associated Boards of Health of British Columbia represents all the
-Boards of Health in the Province and is composed of a group of men and women
vitally interested in the progress of public health. They feel that the present
shortage of trained workers in the abovo two categories is a great detriment and
hope that one or other of the Universities rray be able, in due course, to
establish training courses inthose spocialties.
These resolutions are also being brought to tho attention of the
