A special closed meeting of Senate will be held in the
Board and Senate Room, Library Building, at 8.00 p.m. on Monday,
8 April, 1968, at the request of B.L. Funt, A.R. MacKinnon,
J.W.. Matthews, R.J.C. Harper, D.C. Tuck and W. Vidaver:

To consider the implications of documents
recently circulated, in which allegations
are made of nonprofessional conduct by
University Committees in considering
faculty appointments
2.
To examine the quality of the academic
environment in certain courses

To consider the implications of documents
recently circulated, in which allegations
are made of nonprofessional conduct by
University Committees in considering
faculty appointments
2.
To examine the quality of the academic
environment in certain courses in the PSA
Department.
As you were a member of the University Committee
on the appointment of Dr.G. Frank it is possible that Senate
may wish you to be present at some part of the meeting.
I would be grateful if you would let me know whether you can be
• present, and if you can, Room 404 in the Library Building
will be available to you as a waiting room from 7.45 p.m.
