Approval of the Minutes of the Open Session of May 11. 2009
Senate's attention was drawn to Senate paper S.09-72 (Elimination of the Enrolment
Deposit) on page 4, Item B.1 which had been presented to Senate for information. It was
pointed Out that there were two versions of this paper and that the wrong version had
inadvertently been presented to Senate. The correct version which also included graduate
students should have been forwarded to Senate. Since the Board of Governors has already
approved the correct version, and provided Senate has no objection, a Secretary's Note
would be added to the Minutes explaining the error and a revised paper with the correct
information would be filed in official Senate records and on the Web for future reference.
There were no objections from Senate and the Minutes were approved.
