Senate Dinner - Monday, May 16, 2005
You are invited to attend the Senate dinner on Monday, May 16, 2005 prior to the Senate
meeting. As you know, the Diamond University Centre is closed for renovations and
Senate dinner has to be held in a different location.
Senate dinner will be held in Raven's Cafeteria, 2000-level in the West Mall Complex,
starting at
5:30
pm on Monday, March 7, 2005. Seating space in the cafeteria will be
cordoned off for the Senate dinner.
Please enter the dining area and collect a Dining Card from Bobbie Grant or Alison Watt.
You can charge up to $25 of food on this card on May 16th after 5:30 pm. You may use
your card more than once during Senate dinner but please make sure to return the card to
either Bobbie Grant or Alison Watt after you are completely finished with it or the Senate
office will be charged a deposit fee for each unreturned card.

by signed paper submissions. These items will be considered by the Senate Committee on Agenda
and Rules on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 with Senate distribution on Friday, June
3, 2005.
