There were insufficient agenda items to warrant the scheduling

of

the meeting

of

Senate on

Monday, July 6, 199S and therefore the meeting has been cancelled.

Although a meeting of Senate is scheduled

on

Monday, August 10, 199&, expectations are that

the August meeting of Senate will also be cancelled and that the next meeting of Senate will

take place on Monday, September 14, 1995 at

7:00

pm. However, if a meeting of Senate in

August is required, a notice will be distributed at the end of July.

Agenda items and papers for the September meeting will be required by the Secretary of Senate

by 11:30 a.m., Thursday, August 27, 199&. These items and papers will then be considered by

the Senate Committee on Agenda and Rules on Tuesday, September 1, 199& with Senate

distribution on Friday, September 4, 1996.
