SUBJECT: Senate Meeting - August 10, 1992

There were insufficient agenda items to warrant the scheduling of the meeting of

Senate on Monday, August 10, 1992 and therefore the meeting has been cancelled.

. Please note that the next regular meeting of Senate is scheduled for

Monday.

September 21. 1992.

It has been necessary to change the September meeting

from September 14th to the 21st in order to accommodate Senate approval of

graduands for Convocation in October. Agenda items and papers for the September

meeting will be required by the Secretary of Senate by 4:30 p.m., Thursday,

September 3, 1992. These items and papers will then be considered by the Senate

Committee on Agenda and Rules on Tuesday, September 8th, with Senate distribution

on Friday, September 11, 1992.
