The Rules of Senate
state that the open session of any
regular meeting of Senate normally shall terminate not
later than
10:00 p.m. Upon reaching the time limit, Senate at Its meeting of
Monday, December 5, 1977 passed a motion to adjourn the meeting. and
to reconvene Monday, December 12, 1977 at 7:00 p.m.
At the time of adjournment, Senate had considered Agenda
Items 1, 2, 3, 4 and under Item 5, "Reportsof Committees," sections
a) to t) inclusive. Senate Paper S.77-161 was under consideration,
Motion 1 had been approved, Senator Arrott had given notice of motion,
and Motion 2 was being discussed. Therefore S.77-161 and subsequent
items on the agenda remain to be considered by Senate at the December
12, 1977 meeting.
Senators are advised that the dinner which normally precedes
a Senate meeting will be served in the Carpeted Area of the East Con-
course Cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. on December 12, 1977.
The enclosed memorandum concerning the Applied Clinical
Psychology Program is being circulated to all Senators at the request
of Dr. B. P. Clayman, Acting Dean of Graduate Studies.
