    The next regular meeting of Senate will be held on Monday,
    May 9, 1977, in 3172 Administration Building.
    Senate, at its meeting of April 4, 1977, agreed that the
    Senate Committee on Agenda and Rules could alter the normal schedule
    of Senate to accommodate the introduction of new Senators to Senate
    meetings.
    For the May meeting only the schedule will be as follows:
    4:30 p.m.
    ?
    Closed Session of Senate. This Session will
    not be open to newly elected Senators or other
    observers.
    Note: Current Senators are advised that papers
    for the Closed Session will be available for
    perusal in the Senate Chambers from 3:30 p.m.
    6:00 p.m.
    ?
    Dinner. Newly elected Senators are invited to
    join the current members of Senate for dinner
    in the East Concourse Cafeteria.
    7:00 p.m. ?
    Open Session of Senate. Newly elected Senators
    are invited to attend the Open Session as
    observers.
    9:00 p.m.(approx.) A reception will be held at the President's
    residence.
