Only three items were received by the Senate Agenda

Committee for its meeting held on

Tuesday, June 22, 1971. After

consideration of these items, and noting that none of the items

was pressing, the Senate Agenda Committee recommended that the

July meeting of Senate be cancelled.

In accordance with this recommendation the July 5,

1971 meeting has been cancelled.

The next meeting of Senate will be held on Monday,

August 2, 1971 at 7:30 p.m. in the East Concourse Cafeteria.

Please note that agenda items and papers for the

August meeting will be required by the Secretary by 4:30 p.m.,

Thursday, July 15, 1971. These items and papers will then be

considered by the Senate Agenda Committee on Tuesday, July 20,

1971, with distribution on Friday, July 23, 1971.
