This isto confirm that a regular meeting of Senate is
scheduled for Monday, December 2, 1968, in the Faculty Lounge at

for Monday, December 9, 1968, in the Faculty Lounge at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of that meeting is to approve the 1969/70 Undergraduate
and Graduate Calendars, in accordance
with
the calendar schedule
approved earlier by Senate.

UNIVERSITY CALENDARS

UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE.
1.
Herewith please find a copy of a precis showing proposed Undergraduate
Calendar changes for 1969/70, and a precis showing proposed Graduate
Calendar changes for 1969/70.
2.
The precis do not show minor editorial changes but rather changes in
course description, including number, titles, credits, etc. Some
changes are relatively minor, others are very significant.
3.
The precis cover the academic department sections of the Calendars,
adjusted on the basis of material submitted through the Deans of
Faculties.
4. This material will be considered by Senate at the first section of
the meeting of Senate, Monday, December 9th, 1968. Familiarity
with this material should help to expedite Senate consideration at
that meeting.
5.
Please note that some of the material pertaining to courses has
already been approved by Senate, and is so noted. In other
instances there are
new
courses or requirements not yet approved
by Senate.
