    It was agreed that the Committee would have a membership of five.
    The following were nominated: R.J. Baker, M.A. Lebowitz,
    K.E. Rieckhoff, W. Williams, S. Wong.

    It was agreed that these five members would form the Committee;
    R.J. Baker was asked to convene the first meeting of the Committee,
    the Committee then to elect its own Chairman.
