At its meeting of November 4th, 1975, the Senate
Committee on Undergraduate Studies approved the change in,
prerequisite for PHIL. 467-5 and PHIL. 46875 as recommended
by the Department and by the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee
of the Faculty of Arts. This action gives rise to the following
motion:
That Senate approve the change in prerequisite for
PHIL. 467-5 and PHIL. 468-5 as set forth in paper
S.75

Rationale
It was the intention of the Department that
it's three upper division seminars. - PHIL
360, 467, 468 - be taken in asequence. But
scheduling constraints and pedagogical
considerations equally show this to be an
ill-founded idea.
