    RE Changes to requirements for
    SeA
    students
    I
    DATE May 26, 2009
On behalf of the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology, I am
    forwarding to
you for information the changes with respect to requirements tor
Contemporary Arts students resulting from the transition from
    FASS to FeAT
    of April
    1, 2009.
As noted, in the attached e-mail from the Acting Undergraduate Chair of
    Contemporary Arts, the changes are
    as follows:
11 For those SeA students who entered prior to Fall 2006 who have yet to graduate.
    the old
FASS breadth requirements no longer apply and these students continue to
    be exempt from the
    SFU waB requirements.
21 For those SCA students who entered from Fall 2006 forward, their requirements
    are
now simply harmonized with the University degree requirements for W,
    Q
    and B
    [see page
    7
    and
    8
University Calendar!. As a result the additional FASS breadth
requirements no longer apply to these SCA students.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
