Of the Ellis Report for inclusion in the agenda of the September Senate meetihg.
A working group corisiting of Senators Laghn, Sullivan, MacDougall, Ken-
ward, and myself, and Dennis MeeJn met this mornipg to consider the objections

to produce a letter from another institution attesting to the equivalenc.of a course

i)
A student applying for retroactive consideration must

with his first application a signed letter from the Registrar

course has been discontinued and is equivalent to a course
(v.ith the present course number given) which has-been
evluated.
ii)
For courses taken before the summer of 1968, a student must
submit letters from the schools where tne courses were taken
aserting that even if the course numbers have not changed.
