At the meetings of Senate held February 9 and March 2, 1981

there was discussion on the above mentioned papers. Each paper was

dealt with separately; a number of amendments were proposed, some were

approved and some were rejected.

The papers as finally approved by Senate are provided here-

with and for reference purposes are labelled as follows:-

S.81-58 - Statement on Intellectual Honesty

S.81-59 - Procedures for Dealing with Incidents of Intellectual Dishonesty

S.81-60 - Terms of Reference - Senate Committee on Academic Discipline

Steps are being taken to establish the committee. Nominations

of candidates for election will be brought before Senate for consideration

and voting.
