Wednesday, April 25th. Members qftheBoard had visited two
institutions, the Vancouver Bible Llnstitute and Columbia College,
in view of the fact that the Minister of Education had asked for
advice onaccrediting them. Members of the Board discussed the two
colleges and agreed on reccmmendations to the Minister.
They discussed a draft statement of information for
school counsellors dealing with transfers from one institution to

another. After discussion, the Board agreed to get in touch with
the Registrars of the three public universities and see if a statement
could be worked out that could be sent to the highschools.
The Chairman of the Board reported that the three universities
were continuing to discuss definitions of such things as a "full time
