as at March 31 1969, in accordance with Section 50 of the Universities 

Act.

Section 50 of the Universities Act reads:

"The Board shall make an annual report of its transactions to the 

Lieutenant-Governor in Council, in which shall be set forth a balance- 

sheet and a statement of revenue and expenditure for the year ending 

on the preceding thirty-first day of March, and such other particulars 

as the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may from time to time require. 

A copy of the annual report so made shall be forthwith transmitted to 

the Senate."
