There have been requests for several minor amendments

to the Course Challenge Paper (S.71-57) approved by Senate.

Since Senate has already given the Senate Undergraduate Admissions

Board power to amend the list of courses available for Course

Challenge, it would seem appropriate to allow the Senate Under-

graduate Admissions Board power to make other minor changes.

Senators may recall that Course Challenge was intro-

duced for an experimental three semester period to end after the

Spring semester, 1972. The whole policy will need to be reviewed

by Senate at that time. Meanwhile, experience has shown that

minor changes are necessary for smooth operation. Others may

become necessary with the introduction of pre-registration for
