RECOMMENDATION
That the Senate Committee on Examination and Grading Practices be
MOTION
abolished.
BACKGROUND
If the recommendations contained in the proposal from the Academic
Planning Committee regarding the establishment of a Senate Undergraduate
Studies Committee are approved, overlap will exist between the purposes
of that committee and the Senate Committee on Examination and Grading
Practices. In order to avoid the overlap, it is recommended that the
Senate Committee on Examination and Grading Practices be abolished.
