RATIONALE: Various students registered in BSF for the M.A.(Educ) degree will
not have completed their thesis work by September 1, 1973, though
all will have completed their course work. These students do not
wish to transfer to the new Communication Department and should,

of course, be allowed to complete the degree for which they originally
entered. The students involved are listed by name in the motion to
insure that we do not have new students trying to register in the
course. ?
