TO: SENATE - FOR INFORMATION 

Section 50 of the Universities Act states: "The Board shall 

make an annual report of its transactions to the Lieutenant-t. 

Governor in Council, in which shall be set forth a balance 

sheet and a statement of revenue and expenditure for the year 

ending on the preceding thirty-first day of March, and such 

other particulars as the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may 

from time to time require. A copy of the annual report so 

made shall be forthwith transmitted to the Senate." 

Those members who wish a copy of the report may obtain one 

from the Secretary of Senate.
