RATIONALE STATEMENT 

Policies and Procedures AC-18, approved by the Board of Governors, 

has resulted In the titles of Demonstrators and Senior Demonstrators 

being changed to Laboratory Instructors I and II. It is required 

that the Rules of Senate be amended to incorporate this change. 

Note: Alteration of the Rules of Senate shall require written 

notice at a regular meeting of Senate prior to the meeting 

at which a vote on the proposed alteration is taken, which

vote shall require an affirmative vote by two-thirds of 

the voting members present to carry.
