The Faculty of Science referred Mr. Ironside's motion regarding changes

in the non-Science Faculty electives required of Science majors to the

Faculty of Science Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. At its meeting

of April 14, 1976, the Faculty of Science endorsed a motion passed by

the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee as follows:

"That the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee of the Faculty

of Science sees no merit in any change whatsoever to the

existing regulation governing electives outside the Faculty."

The decision of the Faculty of Science is herewith forwarded to Senate.
