The Chairman of the Senate Nominating Committee, on behalf of the
Senate Nominating Committee, has submitted nominations to a number of Senate
Committees for elections to be conducted by Senate at its meeting of April 5,
1976.
Under Senate regulations any Senator who wishes to ad nominations
to those listed below may do so by notifying the Secretary of Senate in writing
of such nominations, to reach his office no later than Friday, April 2, 1976.
Nominations received after that time, and nominations from the floor cannot be
accepted.
If a nomination is made, the Senator making the nomination must en-
sure In advance that the nominee is willing to stand for election.

Senators are reminded that the By-election to elect two students
to fill vacancies created by the resignations of S. Harrison and J. Versfelt
will be completed on Tuesday,. March 23, 1976. The results of the By-
election will be known on Wednesday, March 24, 1976 and can be obtained by
calling Secretariat Services.
